An object dropped and broke the toilet pan.
I made a request for installing a toilet pan on the website and provided pictures to help assess the damage and cost for labour. I was soon after contacted by RIVUUZ and they requested my pictures and gave me two quotes for the work as well as the plumbers availability and contact information. The plumbers made contact and advised me about the work that would need to be done as well as the materials. I went with this plumber who came in the morning, advised me on the store to buy the required material and pan and finished the work promptly.

He installed the toilet and it started to leak the following day. When asked to fix it, he came after a couple of days and said the leak was due to a full septic tank. The tank was full even when the old toilet was in existence so his excuse did not hold water.

Abel and Samuel did all the plumbing installations for one of my salons and they did a very good job for me at another outlet. They came to fix plumbing problems that another plumber had failed to solve. From the time they fixed it, I have had no problem and this is a problem that had been going on for about 8 or 9 years. He is very honest and tells you the work that needs to be done. I have had no problems with him, if he tells you he is going to come on a specific day, he will show up and he is very polite. I have found myself a very good plumber. He is quite good.

Abel is very reliable and very honest and punctual. He has done plumbing installation work for me. I built something in Silverest and he did work for me. He has also done work for my sister and I recommended him. He will always tell you if there is a task that he can't do.
