Conrad made ceiling boards for our office. The quality of the work done by Conrad was good, and he was friendly and easy to reach, he would promptly respond to text or phone calls. However the problems were in the communication and getting an adequate quotation. It took multiple days and multiple texts and phone calls to get a clear idea of what the total price was. This was important to us in order to compare against other quotations. However during the process it became clear that certain things needed were things not in the quotation and we ended up paying another k2000 on top of the agreed costs. We were also left with about 5 ceiling boards that were not needed, which is not really a problem but we would have rather saved the money.

He is very neat and communicates in good time of there would be any delay for any reason which I found very professional. His quotations were quite accurate and we did not need to restock anything because it ran out. He’s very well organized

Conrad installed glass windows for me. It was a small project but I loved that he was on time in terms of communication, meeting up and completing the job. I have already asked him to do another job

Conrad's is very fast and neat. He also listens to what the client wants and can make edits if you are not happy. Would highly recommend him to anyone
