I could write a whole volume of books to detail my experience with ZonaTech but if am to summarise my experience in one word, I’d have to say TRAUMATIC!! The lack of professionalism and integrity I experienced for 2 months including the lack of communication and passing off of other customers work as mine despite having made a full payment is nothing less than disheartening. At one point I was convinced that I had been defrauded. Sadly even when I informed both the management and production team that further delays would result in a formal complaint with CCPC, my plea for delivery of the work that should have essentially taken 7 days as per Invoice all fell on deaf eyes. I proceeded to raise a complaint with CCPZ and while awaiting investigations I then resorted to sharing my traumatic experience on ZonaTechs Facebook page which finally got management’s attention to prioritise my steel works after having continuously ignored my calls and messages. The first delivery and installation was made 2 months after the payment was made while the last steel works was delivered after a disheartening 3 months and largely affected my project timelines. I’d rate the quality of the steel as fairly good and the window frames and burglar bars were well installed. I was not satisfied with the workmanship of the doorframe installation and unfortunately the glass/wood for the Frenchdoor has never been delivered. For my peace of mind I’ve had to accept that I’ll never receive the full value of the service I paid for and hopefully this is rectified for future clients although I personally wont be hiring them again. Finally I’d suggest that ZonaTech management acts with more integrity and communicates more effectively to meet customer needs and expectations.
